server provisioning issue

Hi Guys,
I have been facing an issue where there is catalog form called server decommissioning on which there is a field called server name (reference field) from which I can't find particular server name have check the table cmdb_ci table to which the table is referenced.
can you please help!!

server name (reference field) --> What table you used here?
Also try to be search in specific table only.

@tGhadage Please check whethere are filters applied to the Server Reference field?

Hi @tGhadage ,
Please check the reference qualifier on the reference field, it might be filtering the record.
Right click on the field, select configure dictionary to get the below view. check the conditions.
Also please check for the record manually in the referenced table, to ensure its available.
