Service Bridge - Cannot find the company on the customer instance

Hi

I am working through the Service Bridge Implementer training and I am stuck.

I cannot find the Provider I created in the Company field when trying to establish the Provider Connection.  I created the Provider record in my provider instance.

Am I missing a step?

Please check in table sn_sb_con_provider_connection provider is there. Check in core_company table also company available or not.

I am able to create a record in sn_sb_con_provider_connection in the customer instance but it cannot find my "provider" in the customer's core_company table. Am I supposed to copy and paste the name of my "provider" in the customer's core_company table? Or is it supposed to already exist in the customer's core_company table?

Hi @zsquared ,

Please check provider connection company field has ur provider company name core_company. Otherwise , create the company in customer core_company table.

Do you have your provider name (Company name) in the provider module? => /sn_sb_pro_provider.do%3Fsys_id%3Ddf248a3b47d70210a99852e1d16d43a9

If not, add the name there, then create a company with the same name in the consumer/ customer instance.
