Service Bridge - Cannot find the company on the customer instance

Hi

I am working through the Service Bridge Implementer training and I am stuck.

I cannot find the Provider I created in the Company field when trying to establish the Provider Connection.  I created the Provider record in my provider instance.

Am I missing a step?

Hello,

This confounded me for awhile as well. You need to execute the link while the authorized user is logged in to the Provider Instance, and the admin is logged in to the Consumer Instance.

That worked and the record was as expected.

I know this is an old post, but perhaps it will help others 🙂
