I'm just trying to set up Service Bridge and I'm not sure if the thing I'm seeing is how it is or whether I need to configure something. I've got a remote record producer published to the consumer, they can raise it and an incident is created in the provider instance via an OOTB flow. When the publisher adds comments they appear on the consumer side and the caller can see them.
However when the caller adds a comment in the portal, while the comment makes it to provider task in the provider instance, it isn't copied to the incident.
Have I missed something here? Should it? Is there some configuration? Or do I need to build something to do that? Does anyone know? I can't really find anything that tells me..
