Service Catalog Form - Submit Button & Attachments Icon

Hello community!

Although I have a somewhat good knowledge of ServiceNow (no scripting experience), I still have hard time with the small things. Please review the following inquiry and let me know if you can assist.

I have created a catalog item (a user input form) for the business. 

Under Portal Settings, I have changed the requested method to Request and I have hidden the following

• Hide 'Add to Cart'
• Hide Quantity
• Hide Delivery time
• Hide 'Add to Wish List'
• Hide Attachment

However, when I view the form from the Service Portal, the button still says Submit and the attachment icon is still present.

Can one of you brilliant people tell me why is this happening and how can I get the desired result (Request button/No attachment icon).

Based on the article you shared - I get this:

Not sure what to make of this other than the fact that I see the word 'deprecated'
