service catalog - Help Text for label

I want to to show help text for label type of variable. But, following one is not working. Help please

Hi Dilini,

It is working in my case. Can you check whether you are getting an arrow with More information which when expanded is showing the help text.

For me help text work for other variable types, like single line text, multiple choice. But not Label type of variables.
