Service Catalog Request Approvals

Hi,

How do I configure the approvals for service item requests in the Service Catalog?

I have created service request items, and it is pending approval.

However, I do not know where to navigate to in order to configure the approvals.

To add a workflow to a catalog item, as Deepak mentions below. To build a workflow, there can be any number of workflows. For example, in our environment i have some workflows that only go through manager approval, others that go through manager and second level approval, and others that have very unique approval processes. In workflow designer, you can click on the workflows already configured. When you open the properties for the workflow to see what table it runs against. Or you can build a brand new workflow to meet your needs.

Open your Catalog item and click on highlighted icon.It will open workflow attached with this Item. If it is not there,then check Execution Plan attached just below Workflow field.

You can create processes to follow using workflow or execution plan. Workflow is more Dynamic.
