HI All,

 

My PDI is under maintenance window, can anyone have idea how much time it will take?

I am also unable to get help from now support.

The short answer is no. 

As there is no support available from servicenow in relation to PDI, you're limited to two options :

 

  1. Wait - it should come online after some time.
  2. If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. NOTICE, all worked than you haven't backed up will be lost for good.
