Hi Team,

This problem is high priority, required urgent solution for it.

While we are creating incident, we have added "Service" for a particular client (service is related to that client only), but after saved the incident, the service is disappearing.  Please provide me how to fix this issue.

It should be visible whatever service we selected in the Service Field after inserted the incident.

Many Thanks,

Thanks for quick update !

There is a field called "Service" in the incident form.

While creating the incident, we update the values in the "Service" field, but after submit the incident, the value is disappearing the incident form.

Not able to upload the screenshot.

Many thanks !

The value disappear, means it look like the empty value? Seems its data issue, might be the service has blank name.

or any CS which clearing the value.
