Service Offering and Configuration Items are not visible for problem_task_analyst role

I have created a group "Problem Task" and also created a user "Problem Task User" and I have added this user to that group and assigned a "problem_task_analyst" role to "Problem Task" group.

But when I imperosnated "Problem Task User" to work on Problem Task but noticed that Service Offering and Configuration Items are not visible to that user.

Hello @SHARVIL SHETH 

Please check the ACLs that are configured on the service offering & CI table, and if the affected user has access to the table.

Also, check if the fields are visible on the list view for the affected user.

I have checked everything, I also tried creating new ACL' s for that user on service offering table still it's not working

@SHARVIL SHETH - Did you assigned itil role in addition to problem_task_analyst role to the user?

No I have only assigned "problem_task_analyst" role to the user
