Service Offering and Configuration Items are not visible for problem_task_analyst role

I have created a group "Problem Task" and also created a user "Problem Task User" and I have added this user to that group and assigned a "problem_task_analyst" role to "Problem Task" group.
But when I imperosnated "Problem Task User" to work on Problem Task but noticed that Service Offering and Configuration Items are not visible to that user.

@SHARVIL SHETH - May I know the reason why the itil role is not assigned? also try assigning the itil role to the user and check.

Hello @SHARVIL SHETH
Can you also confirm if the fields are visible on the list view.
If the fields are not visible on the list view, then it is for sure an ACL issue.
