Service operation workspace configuration for problem

I want to enable service operation workspace for problem so want to know what plugin are required for this , can you please help me on this ?

The SOW works for all ITSM modules; there’s nothing specific to do for problem management. Please check if you have all the required roles to use the SOW. @AkshayG95777344

Thanks Atul but ,earlier it was only enabled for incident and knowledge now i want to configure for problem. how can i include problem in the list view ?

Did you log in as Admin, or do you have the sn_sow.sow_user role? Because there’s no configuration required to add the problem list here—it comes out of the box (OOTB).
