Service Operation Workspace VIP flag on Record information tab

Hi All,

I would like help in figuring out how do we customise the VIP flag in the Record information tab in SOW,
and if need how do we add another field similar to that VIP flag in Record information tab

Hi @Rpatil1 

As per the Xanadu release, the VIP flag on SOW is now OOTB, eliminating the need for any customization. Additionally, the field decorator or these flags do not work as expected on SOW if built via configuration, as they do for the native view.
