After clicking the "Resolved" button in the Agent Workspace, a "Close Incident" button appears.
However, the Service Operations Workspace doesn't display this button following the resolution of an issue.
Is there a way to add "Close Incident" button in the Service Operations Workspace after "Resolved" button has been clicked?

Hi,
There is an OOTB "Close Incident" button available for Incident table and this button by default should get displayed within Service Operation Workspace as well.
If this is not happening then look at below OOTB UI action and check on settings highlighted below:
Replace "instance" with instance name.
Scroll down and check for Workspace tab as shown below:
If the above does not work then follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the table "sys_ux_form_action" and click on New button and fill out mandate fields as shown below:
2. Navigate to the table named "sys_ux_form_action_layout_item" and click on New button
3. Fill out mandate fields as shown below:
4. Also make sure to fill in the related list entry as shown in above screenshot.
Regards,
Shloke
