Service Operations Workspace - My Lists - Edit form not working

When viewing a list in Service Operations Workspace - for example Default Lists - Incidents - All, you can edit a record by using a Row action (right click, row actions, Edit form) or by clicking the pencil icon on a row.  This is working fine in any of the default lists for a variety of record types.

But, if we try to do the same in My Lists, say on an incident record, we get the following error: "This form has not been configured for Workspace.  To edit the form, select a different type of record, or contact your administrator".

Clearly, this form has been set up for workspace, as we can edit the same type of form in the Default Lists.  Does anyone know why this is occurring?

I see the same issue in my PDI as well as my company's instances.

This is a known problem - PRB1843373 - which is fixed in SOW version 7.1, which is available in Yokohama patch 3.

I wasn't selecting the record and then clicking edit - when I do that,  I get a blank form, without that record's values populated:

The method I was talking about in my original post, however, is clicking the pencil icon in the far left of the list view, or right clicking and then clicking "Edit form", both produce the following error message:
