Service Operations Workspace "Add to Cart"

Hello,

 

Does anyone know how to activate the "Add to cart" functionality in the SOW portal pages? When viewing certain Cat items in /sp portal you can click "Add to cart" and those items are added, however when viewing the portal through SOW that option is not available.

Hi @manuellipo 

 

No mate it is not there and I think not a good use case as well, The request has been raised by the end user via portal or via native view and WS is used by the fulfiler so it is not required at WS.

What about creating a request form an incident. Although I don't see that UI Action in SOW. How can you handle that use case in SOW.

As my mother in law would say, I was looking with my ass. I see it now and it looks like it opens the portal rather then the Service Catalog in the Standard UI.
