Hi All,
I'm trying to update fields on Caller contact viewport, in record information tab in Contextual sidebar when clicked on 'Contact.
I have tried to create variant of 'Caller Contact Default' and updated the fields. also I have changed the order new variant to 0, so that it will be shown by default.
however the changes are not shown on the sidebar page.

I'm trying to make change here:
Path: SOW - Incident Page - Contextual Sidebar - Record Information - Click on Contact.
I'm updating this in UI builder
Path: UI Builder - Page Collection - SOW - Sidebar tabs top - Record Information SNC -Caller Contact Viewport -
I have created a variant here an have updated it.
But still the fields are not shown as expected.
Am I missing some configuration?
Kindly advise on this.
