Service Portal AI Search Shows No Results but Suggested Items Are Available

Currently, when I use AI Search through the Service Portal to perform a search, the search does not return any results. However, the documents (KB articles, external resources) are present and appear to be correctly indexed. In fact, when I type part of their names, these documents are suggested in the “suggested” results.

I would like to understand why the search returns no results, even though I can still access the documents via the search bar using the suggested items.
