We are working on requirement in Service now Portal.
- When we try to search with the keywords, the suggested articles should pop up like as shown in the screenshot below.
It is configured in the header in the Service Portal -> Headers and footer and a widget (typeahead) is called in the header to show up the suggestions in our demo instance.
But when we try to configure the same on the dev instance, any suggestions where we can customize and configure the suggested articles.
When we click on back in the portal with the keyword searched, the keyword remains, it should be cleared off.
Additionally there is a point, In Service now there is a search with a query (Keywords are <keyword>). This is responsible to check all the fields on the table and find the keyword. It is working in demo instance and not working on our Circle K dev instance.
Any suggestions would help.
