Service Portal change background image

I'm messing around in Brand Editor for Service Portal and wanted to change the background image of my test portal, but do not see the menu that allows this change:

In the SN documentation there's a separate menu below Title and Logo that allows change for background image, but we are not seeing it above. Is there something that we need to activate in order to see this?

I'm assuming that you want to change the background of search

If yes, please follow the below steps

Navigate to Service Portal > Pages and search for index in ID field
Open the page and identify in which container the search is there

Open the container then you will see the background image option an shown in screenshot

I am having similar ideas, so basically depending on who is logged in it changes the background, so if someone is from the UK it shows London or from the U.S it shows a different background?

Were you able to figure out how to do this? I would like to do something similar. Either change it to a random image each time the page loads, or make it a carousel.
