Hello gurus,
I need help with a Service Portal requirement. We have a portal with a filter that automatically pulls and filters the list based on predefined conditions.
The requirement is to:
- Add an additional condition to the filter (this part is done).
- Ensure the new condition only applies to one account, without affecting other accounts using the same portal.
( this is where i need help/ ideas or suggestions) as the service portal is being used by multiple accounts and we only need to apply the filter with additional condition to only 1 account. The challenge is that any change to the filter impacts all accounts, even when impersonating users from other accounts.
Is there a way to configure this using out-of-the-box features, or is customization unavoidable (which we prefer to avoid)?
Thanks for your suggestions.
Please see photo for reference.

Hi @jabaya ,
It is not possible to set different filters for different accounts. However, you can create two widgets and make the widget visible based on accounts.
If my response helped you, please click on "Accept as solution" and mark it as helpful.
