Service Portal FullCalendar

Just wanted to share some work I've done for those who would like to incorporate FullCalendar (FullCalendar - JavaScript Event Calendar ) into your Service Portal.

Here is what mine looks like now:

All the code is attached to this post (FullCalendar_For_ServicePortal_Helsinki.zip)

I hope someone finds it useful.

Hi David, I find your job great but I don't understand if it is compatible withe the latest version of the service portal. When I try to create the widgets I obtain the following error message about the clien controller: "It should contain a JavaScript function".

Please, can you help me?

Thanks

Hi,

I have the same problem here! Can anyone help us please?

Thanks,

Hi Rita, I solved removing the comment at the top of the scripts.

Thanks

I asked him about this in a previous reply, further up the chain, and this was David's reply:

"To your second concern, the It should contain a Javascript function issue when trying to save in "form view", I've already asked that here: Service Portal Widget Client Script "Missing name in function declaration"."

Thanks,

Hi David/All,

I feel like a moron asking this q.

I can get the selection widget to work, wonderful little widget that it is!

But I cannot for the life of me get a calendar to show up at all...

I just have the 404 page showing up when I select one of the calendars, on top of that when I am in the calendar widget nothing shows on the preview, I have a feeling I am missing a simple step, and feel very foolish asking for help!

I have added data into all the tables that needed to be created and I still cannot get a calendar active.

I have used all the code and directions that David has left us, the question is, do I need to bring in the original FullCalendar (FullCalendar - JavaScript Event Calendar )?

I thought it was all in the code that was provided?

I'm hoping I am just missing a step somewhere simple.

Thank you for your assistance!
