Service Portal - Hero Section

Hi all,
Is there a way to add hero section to service portal.
When a user opens the portal,

1. they should land on a page where a background image covers the full screen, including the header.
2. As the user scrolls, the background image should remain fixed at the top and should not stretch as more content is loaded.

you can create a content item (something between knowlegde article and catalog item that cannot be submitted) for that or a specific page in your portal.

But why would you hide the header? Then a user would be in a place of no return... :)) header has redirection to homepage and or other quick links. Why on earth would you remove that?

Please explain better your requirement.

I want make the nav bar as in the image.

To achieve this Initially I gave background image to body which covers entire page but that is not my requirement.
Then I added this to top container background and made nav position absolute,Is there any other way to do this?
