Service Portal - How to show preview (description) of a record next to a list?

Hello, everyone!
I would appreciate some help here.

User want to see record's description next to the records' list on Service Portal. But I need to click on the record that I wanted to show the description, correct? How can I achieve this, if when clicking on the record in the list I am already redirected to the record summary?

Is there any ideia how can I achieve this requirement?

Basically, they want to see a preview (just description) of a record. Any suggestions?

This is one of those requirements that should be managed back. If you choose for a platform, you get it's functionalities. What are they thinking of showing there? There is a list of all tickets and the system should just show 'a description'? OOB the preview option is there, or you open the record. You can't just show a description when you are on the list.

I've attached a print to show how they want it to be. They want it next to the list and just to show record's description.

Here in the Service Portal there's not the preview option.

How they want it, is exactly what you need to manage back. Either the preview option can be implemented or nothing at all. There is no OOB way of doing this. They probably had this in another system, but they have chosen ServiceNow for a reason, that means they will also need to accept that they can't get this.
