Hello Everyone,
we are currently in London version, we are developing service portal in our instance. We observed that service portal pages are not loading properly ,specifically if there are any customized widgets on page in mobile.
we have tried in mobile browsers and "service now classic" application , but the pages are not loading completely.
i have tried to open our instance in "service now Agent" app and "service now mobile" app, i am getting error saying : "The instance you are trying to connect does not support this mobile app. contact your admin".
Do I need to configure anything else in my instance to enable access in these applications?
Please suggest.
Thanks,
Swathi

Strange. Did you try using the developer tools on browser to inspect the elements and see if the HTML elements are already present on the page?
That would help you to see what's happening i.e. if it is CSS issue, or if it is validation logic in the widget code, or any other reason.

Hi
One thing to know about the new "Mobile Agent App", which you tried to use, and saying : "The instance you are trying to connect does not support this mobile app. contact your admin".
The Mobile Agent is just supported starting with the MADRID release of ServiceNow.
As you wrote, you are on LONDON Release, and therefore you cannot connect.
Another thing to know is, that the new "Mobile Agent" App, will NOT connect to "classic" Web Pages.
Instead, it is a new "custom" environment, that runs specific Apps, only designed to run inside of the "Mobile Agent".
So, even if you upgrade your Instance to MADRID, that will not allow you to open Service Portals in that "Mobile Agent" App.
That is a separate environment, where you can develop custom Apps using the "Mobile Studio", which is integrated in "ServiceNow Studio" since the MADRID release.
Let me know, if that helped and mark my answer as correct or helpful, please.
