Service portal is rendering false view

Hello All,

 

I am really lost with the service portal view, We have multiple portal each refers to different customer and for that I am rendering the incident, change and request details tab from ticket configuration and currently I created new portal where I have a totally different view and I cannot create 2 different configuration for same table so I am manipulating it through the widget and unfortunately it is still rendering the view which is stored in ticket configuration, I also tried to clear the cache also debugged the script but in the debug log I am getting the view name which I want to render and on portal its still the old view, does anyone of you has a workaround for this?

yes ticket configuration. 

In your new portal, what is the page(id) that you are using for rending your custom widget?
