Hi, Community.
Our client have different portals depending on the brand, we are using kb_view2 to display their KBs. We have a planned implementation to translate KBs where we will only display KBs according to user's preferred language.
Our approach are:
1. Disable "Enable multi language search"
2. Clone Top Rated and Most Viewed portal by adding a query of user's language and append it to KB query.
We have already proven that it's working based on the requirements.
One question, how can we make the untranslated version visible (English) even user's preference language is set to other language? Is it possible? To give you an insight, some IT KBs will not be translated at all.
As a workaround, we should be creating new version of it and change the language? IT KB in English and create new version IT KB in other language but same content with English version?
