Service Portal list view does not have link to open record

Hello team,

In screen SS 1 its my list view of requests and ss 2 its my list view of Changes on service portal

when i click on the RITM number the record gets open in SS 1 but in screen shot 2 I want to achieve the same functionality onclick I want to open the record and currently I dont have any idea how to achieve it can some one please help me related to the same?

Do cntrl+right click on the CHG request widget and see if you have options of setting page in Instance Options field.

 

And find out the page associated with change request , and put that value under PAge and then save the record and try again.

 

If you are not entirely sure about it , you can check existing Screenshot 1 widget by doing ctrl+right click  instance options and find out which particular page it is being redirected to , and try to forward it to similar page and see if it works or not.
