Hi guys, may I ask if how can I fix the Service Portal page is load too slow it range about 30seconds and more to load.

Hi @Codi ,

I would recommend you test in a sub-prod instance removing a widget one at a time and see if there is an offender. The first to remove would need to be any custom widgets you've created and instead use the OOB ones.
