Service Portal recently viewed leading to about:blank page

Upon searching in User Portal, Recently viewed links to Catalog items lead to an About blank page instead of said catalog item.

I have a few questions:

1. Does the user have access to the catalog item?

2. When the catalog item is opened from the search results, does it open correctly or redirect to a broken/blank page?

User do have the access and it is the problem with multiple users.

Could you please open the catalog item directly from the portal and copy the URL?

Then, open the same catalog item from the search results and copy that URL as well.

Please compare both URLs and let us know if there are any differences.
