Service Portal search brings me to Service catalog

When I am clicking on the search result suggestion in Atrium, it brings me to the Service Catalog in the platform and not on the portal. How can I fix this issue

When I type the name of catalog item on search bar of service portal and select select the item,

 It brings me to the Service catalog (Technical view) platform instead of Service Portal.

Check if this search bar widget is out of the box or customized one & also check its script of redirection on widget.
