Service Portal Search results are not showing

Search is not showing any results on the portal side. I have tried regenerating text index for sc_cat_item and sc_req_item tables but it didn't worked.

Here are the search sources configuration on our instance. I have tried checking this but this doesn't help as we are configuring this from scratch and I don't user preferences or before business rules were affecting this behaviour
