Service portal - Standard ticket configuration getting applied only to a single page

I have cloned 'Standard Ticket Conversation Widget' and disabled the comments and added it to 'Activity' tab on wm_order table configuration (Standard ticket Configuration) and add the same widget to wm_task table configuration too.
This is working fine when both the records are opened in csm_ticket page but when WOs are opened in other pages, the standard ticket configurtions are not picket. Do I need to do anything special to have my standard ticket configurations applied to other pages in portal.

Each portal page has its own instances and each instance references a widget.
If you've made changes on one instance, then it does now apply to all.
If you open the OOB widget and open it in desktop view, you should be able to see a related list that shows all instances where said widget is used in.
