Service Portal Status Page load speed.

Hi,

I haven't had much experience on the portal and I need some advice and guidance on improving the load up speed on the status page on the service portal.

Slow down is due to amount records is retrieving on service status widget.

Is there a way to show a certain amount of records and have like a Next button? Or if anyone has any better suggestion would be much appreciated.

Hi Lucy,

Yes, you can. Click on Get status page and records will display and then press ctrl + right click and click on Instance in page editor and if you open, you can modify the maximum number of records that can be shown

Thanks for the reply, but the all the records needs to be available to view in some way, even if it loads for example 20 and add an option on the page to click next and show the next 20.

Yes Lucy,It will simply limit the number of records per page and user will have an option to view the entire record

made the changes to service status widget and I dont have an option to view all
