Hi all,
Hoping for some assistance! I created a custom "Instance with Table Data" page to display a list of Incident records. I then used that page as the List page option for the Simple List widget on my Service Portal home page. However, if you click View All on the simple list widget and then click a record from the "Instance with Table Data" page that is loaded, it utilizes a different form view than the default. I'd like to use a custom list page and then have the form view of a record clicked FROM that list page open using the default form view.
Here are some screenshots which will hopefully help demonstrate what is happening:
Simple List widget with no list page or view
Click View All
Open a record from the OOTB list page
Get the default form view (WHAT I WANT)
What's happening with my custom list page:
Simple List widget with the custom list page I created
Click View All
Open a record from the custom list page I created (notice no New button)
Getting this form view (NOT WHAT I WANT)
Any guidance is appreciated!!
Cheers,
Bryan

I figured it out! On the custom list page that I created, I needed to set the Behavior > Link to this page option to "ticket", see screenshot.
