Service portal view from Card View to Grid List View by default for all the users

Hi All

Can we set the catalog items view to "Grid view" by default for all the users?

Currently it is Grid List View and the user need to click on the Grid view to see the grid view, if we can do the by default option to grid and keep the card view as an option will be helpful for us.

Hi,

It can be changed in User Preferences, the one you need is catalog-item-list-view:

To make this preference a default you can create this preference with empty User field.
