Service Portal: Widget for horizontal text scrolling(marquee)

We all know, service portal have OOB widget for scrolling the text/records from top to bottom. Which does not look good to represent the information for alerts and announcements.

I faced the same situation where the information has to scroll right -> left not up->down. I have created a simple widget for the same and is dynamic to show the information from any table from the system.

Thank you for the info provided here

I downloaded the XML and uploaded it to my instance and was successfully uploaded and working as expected, but i have few questions here, kindly please help me

1. How to remove the error image which was displaying before the incident number

2. When i click on incident number, the link is not redirected to the desired page, means it is pulling all values expect the table name and am getting a message on screen like 'Requested record not found'
