I had created a custom portal. Our custom portal is functioning correctly; however, we are facing an issue with the "Extend Session" popup not displaying as expected. Instead, we only see a message indicating that the session has timed out. {I had also checked the property glide.ui.session_timeleft}
We would appreciate your expertise in diagnosing and resolving this issue. Any guidance or insights you can provide to help us restore the expected functionality of the session extension popup would be highly valuable.
