In CSM module When a state is Resolved and for a specific role disable the comment field on service portal, can anyone suggest what would be the best approach how can we achieve?

Hi @RahmatSharH ,

 

Create a field-level ACL that stricts writing to the comment field, conditioned on state == Resolved (or Closed, depending on your use case) and excluding the target role.
