Service request integration with servicenow

Hello Developer community

As i am new to integration project, it is very hard for me to take the step to start the integration, could you please provide us the some guidance or suggestions to achieve this integration properly to other ServiceNow,

I am working on the project to integrate the both ServiceNow tool for service request with structure Req->RITM->Sctask,

Basically, What we need from the other side ServiceNow to start the integration
