service status widget

How to use service status widget on portal , why there is nothing here when I click edit , how do I configure it ?

I check in my PDI and it is appearing fine

Might be cache issue , try cache.do

I added this widget on page but it's empty and I don't see anything to edit after I clicked on edit, do you know why this is, thanks!

Mine is still empty. I want it to look like this. Is there anything wrong with using the service status widget? Do you know what criteria the data shown here needs to meet? I suspect I don't have data that meets the criteria?
