ServiceNow Add-In for Microsoft Outlook error

While configuring the ServiceNow add-in for outlook, it's showing an error. "add-in error something went wrong, and we couldn't start this add-in". What can be the problem here. Also, I need to remove VTB task creation & virtual agent options. I am new to SNOW & I don't know how to troubleshoot. TIAsnow for itsm.png
