ServiceNow and AD Manager integration

Hello.
I installed the plugin for integration with ADmanagerPlus and completed the setup and associate user ,
but when I select each action from the menu, enter the required information, and execute it, I get an error message saying "Authentication failed."
Could you please give me some advice on what the cause is? Thank you in advance.

This isn't giving much information. What do the logs say? Do you have any error codes?
With only this information, the answers are likely to be 'your user isn't setup correctly' or 'your user doesn't have sufficient access'.

The permissions for the running account and connected ADmanagerPlus are set to "Super Administrator", and the connection is via the MID server.
The only error I can figure out is "Authentication failed" in red in the first attached image, but could you tell me where I can check the logs and error codes?

You can retrieve the MID logs to see if the issue is coming from there (MID to ADmanager).
