Hi @rucha_patel
Check if the test in active or not.
If active check the roles of the user.
Type sys_user.LIST and hit enter.
search and open the user.
scroll down to roles.

Could you please share the navigation to see roles of ATF user ?
I don't find ATF user list to check user roles.
