ServiceNow base64 attachment to ZZ_YYtablename

Can you pls suggest how to update base64 attachment to custom application name to receipt field type(image) to the attachment table ZZ_YYtable.

so you have base64 encoded attachment data and you want to add that file to image type field on some table?
