- Welcome to ServiceNow: Begin with an introductory overview of the platform.
- ServiceNow Administrator Training / Fundamentals: This training will help you understand the basics of the platform and prepare you for the CSA (Certified System Administrator) exam. You’ll also receive a voucher for the CSA exam.
- CAD - Application Developer Training: After completing the fundamentals, move on to the Application Developer training to deepen your knowledge and skills.
