ServiceNow converts images to iix. When I write a script in SC Categories, it displays something like "28373ejniue364.iix" instead of the image. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Sure, I am attempting to use the SC Categories widget to show categories in the Portal. I would like to show the homepape_image with the category. But with I add the homepage image to the script and HTML I get only the xii code. No image.
