When I add ServiceNow connector in Microsoft Copilot Studio, I get an error. I tried using PKCE with ServiceNow connection but it did not help. Please advise.

The issue is resolved. For the instance name, I initially used the full domain including service-now.com, but the correct approach is to use only the instance name without any prefixes like https://. Additionally, in the ServiceNow Application Registries, the Redirect URL is important and may vary depending on your Microsoft tenant. The key is to extract the correct Redirect URL from the error message popup that says "Invalid redirect_uri"—this will reveal the expected value. For guidance on identifying the valid Redirect URL, refer to the official documentation:
