Can any one help me with Dashboard.

SLA DashboardFilter by assignment group and time

  • Per assignment group what is the percent of SLA missed of all assignees
  • Incident count of  response SLA missed by assignee
  • Percentage of response SLA missed versus met by assignee
  • Incident count  of  resolution SLA missed by assignee
  • Percentage of resolution SLA missed versus met by assignee
  • Incident count response SLA missed by priority (low, med, high critical) - bar chart
  • Incident count resolution SLA missed by priority (low, med, high critical)  - bar chart

Where do you get stuck? If you feel stuck on any of the KPIs you can always reach out in the community to get help, but I don't think you find one in here that will create all seven for you.
