Hi @shivkum2004
You are in the right place, because now all instances are coming with the new Next Experience , so what you are seeing is the native UI only. Just explore it
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @shivkum2004 ,
This is the native UI only and it is Next Experience UI so nothing is wrong here.
If my answer helped you, please mark it- solution accepted.

Hi @shivkum2004,
do you expect to see this view?
If so, navigate to the property as per attached screenshot and set the value to false. But I don't recommend it because this UI is outdated and all of the training and client requirements will be already from the Polaris (new UI).
Property:
https://yourintsance.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_properties.do?sys_id=3618dafdc7e02010099a308dc7c2603d
Changing that property will impact the whole instance, so don't do it elsewhere than your PDI (!!!), you can do this as user preference (impacting just and solely you) but again, you should get familiar with the new (not so new) UI anyways...
